Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

Max Arena ("the App", "we", "us") is a free football-prediction game operated by PROPER EDUCATION LTD (Bulgarian company ID / EIK 206192004), with its registered office at Vidin 3700, South Industrial Zone, Republic of Bulgaria. These Terms govern your use of the App. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (14 in Bulgaria), you may only use the App with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may hold one account; using or controlling multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage (for example, to manipulate leaderboards) is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

The App is for entertainment. When you use it, you agree not to:

• Post or display content — including usernames, display names, league names, and report text — that is hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Send spam, scrape the service, run automated clients, or attempt to bypass our rate limits.
• Manipulate leaderboards by cheating, collusion, or using multiple accounts.
• Attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the App's security or operation.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Reporting objectionable content and our response commitment

You can report any user via the in-app Report action on their profile. We review every report. We act on reports of objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours — including removing content, hiding the offending account from other users, and terminating accounts where warranted.

6. Blocking other users

You can block any other user from their profile. A block is bilateral: you and the blocked user no longer appear in each other's search results, follower lists, league member lists, or profile views, and any existing follow relationship between you is removed. You can review and reverse your blocks under Settings → Blocked users.

7. Terminating your account

You may delete your account at any time from inside the App, under Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes it from public view immediately and starts a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it by logging in. After that period, your account is queued for permanent removal. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is retained and for how long.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if your conduct is harmful to other users.

8. Entertainment only — no real money, no gambling

Max Arena is a free game. Points and rankings have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, prizes of monetary value, virtual currency, or anything redeemable. There is no entry fee, no wagering, and no payout. The App is not a gambling product.

9. Intellectual property and third-party trademarks

Max Arena is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any national football association, or any individual football club. Team names, club badges, country flags, and similar marks appear inside the App for the sole purpose of identifying matches and teams to you, and remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-party match data

Match fixtures, live scores, lineups, and final results are supplied to us by a third-party data provider (API-Football / api-sports.io). We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. Live scores may lag or be wrong; results are final once they are posted by the governing body.

11. "As is" warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App is limited to a nominal amount equivalent to ten (10) Bulgarian leva. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes in the App or by email, and the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will change. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
