Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Max Arena account in two ways — directly from the app or by emailing us. Both end at the same place: full removal of your profile, predictions, and league memberships.

Option 1 — from inside the app (recommended)

Open Max Arena and sign in.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Confirm the deletion. Your account disappears from other users immediately.

Option 2 — email request (if you no longer have the app)

If you've already uninstalled the app or can't access your account, email us from the address you registered with — that lets us verify the request is yours.

Include in the email:

The email address on your Max Arena account
Your Max Arena username (if you remember it)
A short sentence: "Please delete my account and associated data."

Send request

You'll get an email confirmation and we'll process the request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted and what is kept

What	When
Profile, email, password, date of birth, favourite team, avatar image	Permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period.
Followers / following list, league memberships	Removed immediately.
In-app notifications (followers, leagues, matches)	Deleted with the account.
Push notification device token (FCM)	Deleted immediately — you stop receiving notifications.
Predictions you submitted	Kept for leaderboard integrity, but dissociated from your identity after permanent removal.
Server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps)	Rotate out after ~30 days anyway.

30-day grace period: if you change your mind within 30 days of the request, you can restore your account simply by signing in again. After that, the permanent deletion is irreversible.
