If something in Max Arena isn't working as expected, get in touch and we'll reply as quickly as we can.
When you write in, please include the email or username for your Max Arena account, the app version, and a short description of what you were doing when the problem occurred — it helps us reply faster.
The code is sent immediately after you register (or from the login screen if your account isn't verified yet). Please check:
1. Your Spam or Promotions folder.
2. That the email address you entered is spelled correctly — the code is sent to the address on your account.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code — there's a small rate limit to protect our servers.
If the code still doesn't arrive, email us with the address you registered with.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password". You'll receive a 6-digit code by email; enter it in the app and then choose a new password.
The code is valid for 1 hour. If you miss that window, just request a new one.
In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, predictions, and league memberships.
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email from the Delete account page.
You have a 30-day grace period to change your mind — after that, permanent deletion is irreversible.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Email. Enter the new address and you'll receive a 6-digit verification code at that address. Once confirmed, the account is bound to the new email.
First check your phone's settings: Settings → Notifications → Max Arena. Notifications must be allowed.
If you've just installed the app, sign in at least once — the device registers for notifications on first login.
If that doesn't help, write to us and we'll check whether your device has reached our servers.
Leagues follow a specific competition and season. If you only see an empty schedule, the next fixtures most likely haven't been published yet by the organizer — they'll appear automatically once they're announced.
If you think this is an error, write to us with the name of the league and what you expect to see.
Scores come from an external sports data provider and can update with a 1–2 minute delay after the final whistle (sometimes longer after a VAR review). If the score is still off 10 minutes later, write to us with the match name and date.
